I had a tour of KidVille, for business and personal reasons. For business reasons I wanted to see if it is as great for kids as pretty much everyone says it is and personally because I have a rambunctious 2 year old that needs to burn some ( a lot ) of energy.

 KidVille just opened in Tivoli Village and it certainly looks to be the "it" place to be for the under 5 crowd.  KidVille has a kid friendly salon , where the little ones can drive a car, fire truck etc while getting their hair trimmed and mom shops in the boutique for cute clothes and fun toys ( that's if you have a cooperative kid and not one you have to hold in the chair); But the best aspect of Kidville are the classes and parties .

 KidVille classes are 16 weeks and 45 minutes to an hour long .  What was so impressive was the variety of classes .  From Big Muscle Gym, to Mess Lab and Hip Hop Dance Party KidVille has classes that are very unique to Las Vegas and fun as well as developmentally appropriate for kids. 

There are 5 or so classrooms dedicated to each type of class.  The Gym rooms are heavily padded with every kid appropriate apparatus under the sun while the dance room is your standard mirrored wall and wood floor.  The music room has a set up for a 5 piece band and looks like kids could really "rock out" to their hearts content.

If you are looking for some fun classes for your child in the Summerlin area I highly recommend KidVille , and I might just see you there with my little ones !
